Twenty local children will be recipients Saturday of bicycles from the sheriff’s office that were obtained through a grant.
The sheriff’s office was awarded a grant of 20 new bikes from the nonprofit Turning Wheels for Kids. Department staff members have identified children in the county who will each receive one of the bicycles.
