Letter: Rebuild it, and they will come

If you rebuild it, they will come. Hopefully, this will encourage more tennis at Dunne Memorial Park. The newly resurfaced tennis courts look great and are very easy to play on.
There has been increased use with local tennis groups enjoying the action. To accommodate other groups of players, the courts have specific line markings for Junior Tennis and Pickleball.
Congratulations to Mayor Ignacio Velazquez and the Hollister Recreation Department for their leadership in directing the needed improvements to the tennis facility. The new tennis courts will inspire  greater use by Hollister youth organizations, schools and the community. Thanks to our leaders,and all parties involved in the renovation of Dunne Park.
