DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

William Louis Haimbach, 47, of Watsonville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence and driving with a restricted license, misdemeanors, on San Juan Road west of Highway 101 at 12:28am on Monday, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
