Amanda Boyd, Chad Tungate, Jaime O’brian and Jesse Rice recorded a time of 354.2 in the varsity 4×440, which is believed to be a school record.

“They did really well,” said coach Jen Logue. “It is a real young team after we lost several seniors last year. But we found out about their competitiveness. We tried kids in some new events. I am happy with their performance.”

Logue expects to have several athletes who played basketball joining the team today for practice.
