History: Saigon -2- Siam Bistro was established in June 2014. Saigon -2- Siam Bistro, formerly known as Saigon Bistro Express, is a family owned and operated restaurant that specializes in Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. The Vietnamese food consists of delicious Banh Mi Sandwiches, served on a French roll. We are also one of the only restaurants that serve Sate Pho, a Canadian version of the Vietnamese favorite. The previous owners of Saigon Bistro Express came from Canada and shared this extremely flavorful dish with the community.
We also specialize in Thai cuisine, with our head chef having more than 25 years of experience in owning and running a Thai restaurant in Los Angeles. She brings her unique recipes to the Thai favorites including Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, Pineapple Fried Rice, Thom Kha, etc. We also offer Thai BBQ chicken, sliced pork and ribs that will make sure to have you coming back for more! The founders of Saigon -2- Siam Bistro are Jojo and Christine Lota. They wanted to share their mom/moms-in-law (Suri) talents with the community and so they decided to open Saigon -2- Siam Bistro. Their brother, Pacifico Lota, and his wife, Eva Lota, have also been a critical part in helping start the restaurant, and also have become co-owners.
