Santos named a finalist for Handbag Designer Awards

Rachel Santos has been named a finalist for the 7th Annual Independent Handbag Designer Awards. A ceremony will take place June 19 in New York.

Rachel is owner and designer for Dante Robles Designs (www.danterobles.com), and takes end of life materials such as mountain and road bike innertubes destined for landfills, and transforms them into artfully woven upcycled textiles that is then used in handbag designs.
