SBHS starter Megan Sabbatini limited Homestead to four hits and one run in the victory. Sabbatini struck out six batters in the win.

The Balers, who could muster only two hits, took advantage of two errors and scored one run in the first and sixth innings to earn the victory.

The Balers, who will be aiming for their eighth consecutive CCS title, will play the winner of Carlmont and Leland on Saturday at San Jose PAL. The time of the game is still to be determined.
