Three local planning commissions are expected to hold a joint meeting Tuesday night at the Veteran’s Memorial Building.
Planning commissioners from Hollister, San Juan Bautista and San Benito County are expected to discuss five topics that include capital improvement projects, plan for housing growth/sphere of influence, rules/responsibilities for planning commissioners, affordable housing and public transportation.
Planning commissioners representing the City of Hollister include Chris Alvarez, David Huboi, Gabriel Torres, Carol Lenoir and Johnny Rosa.
Commissioners from the City of San Juan Bautista include John Hopper, Ernest Franco, Darlene Boyd, Andy Moore and Scott Freels.
County planning commissioners include Mark Tognazzini, Jean Zlotkin, Pat Loe, Ray Pierce and Robert Rodriguez.
The joint planning commission meeting takes place Tuesday, May 23 at 6 p.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial Building (649 San Benito Street) in Hollister.
