The Aromas Hills Artisans enjoyed a Saturday in the garden May 11, with the annual Aromas Hills Garden Tour. Visitors were able to visit the gardens of Aromas residents, where many artisans had set up pieces of their artwork for sale. Visitors checked in at the Aromas Grange, where they were able to purchase a map of the participating homes. Members of the local 4-H group sold plants and box lunches. Artwork created by members of the Aromas Hills Artisans can be seen at the Blak Sage Gallery, 727 San Benito St., through May 28 as part of the Open Studios Preview Exhibition. Four Aromas artists will also be participating in the Open Studios Tour on June 1 and 2, when San Benito County artists open their studios to visitors.
