One volleyball player and one cross-country runner have been nominated as the San Benito County High School Athletes of the Month for November for Monterey Bay Preps.
Hollister High senior outside hitter Kim Dabo was recently named tri-MVP in the aptly named Tri-County Athletic League, while Baler senior Isidro Trujillo won the TCAL championship on Nov. 2 at Toro Park.
Both were nominated by Free Lance Sports Editor John Reid.
Votes are tabulated through next Wednesday at www.mbaypreps.com with the winner receiving a $100 gift certificate from the Sports Zone.
