A 66-year man from Santa Clara died in a scooter crash Tuesday on Highway 25 in southern San Benito County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A judge has sentenced Breanna C. Stewart, the driver in the January car crash on Union Road that killed 23-year-old Ryan McFall, to two years in state prison.
