After playing football, basketball and baseball during his freshman year at Palma High, Tanner Carrillo-Zazueta thought as long as he kept up with his grades, he was well on his way to the W.H. “Hank” Muller Outstanding Scholar Athlete Award, an award given to athletes who played sports and recieved good grades through four years of high school.
