Community blood drive: The Leslie L. Garratt Post 6359 will host a community blood drive Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 58 Monterey Street, in San Juan Bautista. The bloodmobile will be located in the parking lot and blood will be drawn by the staff of Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula’s blood center.
