He was found in possession of a loaded firearm and arrested on numerous felony charges. Fink was booked into the San Benito County Jail on violations of possessing a loaded firearm with the intent to commit a felony, carrying a concealed loaded firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place and making terrorist threats.
