By appointment only, those who need held preparing their tax returns should bring the tax package they received in the mail, last years return and all relevant information on income and expense. disaster assistance: Small businesses are eligible to apply for low interest disaster loans to offset economic losses because of reduced revenue to farmers and ranchers caused by excessive rain and wheat stripe rust in 10 California counties. Small businesses may apply for economic losses that are attributable to the following incident dates: San Benito County from April 1-May31, 2003. The deadline to apply is June 23, 2004. Retail Stores: This free eight-hour training course will help you learn the basics of working in retail. The first workshop will be held Friday, March 26 and April 2, 16 and 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Gavilan College SBDC offices at the Dry Creek Village Center, 8351 Church Street, Building E in Gilroy. San Juan Home and School Club: The San Juan Home and School Club is holding their first annual Open House BBQ Dinner, and parents and families of San Juan School students and the public are invited to an evening of great food and fun featuring a delicious Mansmith’s BBQ dinner. It will be held Thursday, March 25 from 5:30- 8 p.m. at the San Juan School outdoor basketball courts. Adult meals are $7 and child meals are also available. To-go orders will be available.
