Kerry voted for the Patriots Act on Oct. 25, 2003 but said of the same bill at Iowa State on Dec. 1, 2003, “I’ve been a District Attorney, and I know that what law enforcement needs are real tools, not restrictions on Americans’ basic rights.”
Just a month to cover both sides. You have to love the guy.
