The Women's Club of Hollister hosted a student art show, with some of the pieces shown above winning awards.

Art winners announced

The Women’s Club of Hollister hosted its annual Student Art Show in February. With the help of the community it was the biggest such event to date. They would especially like to thank Mr. John Robrock, art teacher from San Benito H.S., Terry Strasser, art teacher from Anzar H.S., the principals and teachers at Panoche, Southside, Spring Grove and Tres Pinos schools, as well as teachers and administrators at Ladd Land and Rancho San Justo schools.

Without their support these students would not be receiving the accolades that they deserve. Unfortunately, many art programs have been cut out of the school curriculum, which is why the Women’s Club wanted to acknowledge the participating schools.
