The deadline to register for the scheduled float-building workshop next week is Wednesday.
The workshop is open to all parade participants with a fee of $10. It is set for 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 12 at the Veterans Memorial Building.
The workshop will offer information on design concept, construction, decorative materials and parade-day appearance.
