I am not quite sure where supporting the repeal of Prop 13 is “a radical socialist agenda”.

I believe that mister Warren Buffett, is in favor of its repeal to help the state out of its current financial mess.

Radical socialist and Warren Buffett are not two names that I would use in the same sentence.
