The Hollister Fire Department responded to an early morning fire Wednesday near the San Justo Reservoir.

Captain Jeff Granucci said the call came in at 4:47 a.m.

“There were no injuries or victims,” Granucci said. “It was foggy and wet last night. The fire had no place to go.”

The fire had something to do with a downed wire, Granucci said.

“The fire’s out and controlled,” he said. “PG&E’s been up there to deal with a wire. It’s all safe and good now.”
