Who runs the site: The site was founded by a group of people in Israel who were interested in Genealogy. The site is available in 15 languages.

Who is likely to use the site: People who are interested in genealogy or those interested in putting together a family tree. The site also has some interesting ways to use face recognition.

Pros: While some of the features require a monthly subscription, there are some fun links on the site that can be used free. Under the face recognition, users can create a celebrity collage that shows them photos of celebrities who share the same facial characteristics as them. The site allows users to automatically upload their celebrity collage to networking sites such as MySpace. Find out which celebrities you look like, or who your friends most resemble.

Another option on the site will solve the age-old question of who junior really looks like. With the look-alike meter, users can upload a photo of mom, dad and baby. The meter will tell them who the baby’s facial features most resemble.

Cons: Some features on the site require downloading software and monthly subscriptions. Without downloading a bunch of software, it was hard to find out how the family tree and genealogy features really work. The site does offer a research link that will search hundreds of databases for the names of ancestors, using a special spelling search that offers up hundreds of alternate spellings since many names get changed through the centuries or through travel. But going to the other online database to get information usually requires payment, so the site is only good for those who are really serious about filling out their family tree.

Also, the speed of some of the features seems to be spotty. Some days the site runs quickly and other days it runs really slowly.
