In regards to the Free Lance article, “Delays may extend moratorium,” Oct. 15. And the point is? The city will not meet the October 2005 deadline for the waste water treatment facility to go on line.
This may be news to the community and a monumental disappointment to business establishments, but city officials have known for the last couple of years the deadline would not be met.
Really hate saying this, but I told you so!
