Anzar High rebounded from a tough loss to roll by Soledad 15-12, 15-3, 15-2 Friday night in Soledad. The Hawks are now 21-11 and 9-5 overall.

Stephanie Smith had four aces while Justine Wiley added 10 assists and nine service points for the Hawks. Anzar’s Gena Ray also had nine service points, while Kiely White had 11 kills.

The Hawks established season records for blocks in a season (180) and assists (667).

Anzar travels to Carmel today, then ends the Mission Trail Athletic League season at home vs. Pacific Grove.
