Letter: Country is divided

Federal employees in Washington received an exemption from Obamacare.
It seems our country is becoming divided into two classes. There is the ruling class in Washington including Democrats, Republicans and their bureaucracy. Then there is the rest of the citizens that live outside the Washington Beltway.
It has been about 250 years since a tyrannical ruling class abused the citizens. History is repeating itself.
