On April 21 at 11 a.m., 30-year-old Gilroy resident Daniel Pacheco was arrested for stealing pornography from Apatzingan Meat Market near the train station on Monterey Street.

After he allegedly ran from the market without paying for a copy of “Extremo,” an adult magazine, the store clerk called the police. Police caught Pacheco about a half-mile away from the market on the 7300 block of Forest Street, and arrested him for violation of county parole and petty theft.

Gallacinao said that police could easily identify him from the description the store clerk gave of a man with horns tattooed on his forehead.
