San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders

Raul Mathew Casas, 30, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Dana Elaine Ferriera, 22, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, one year of probation and fined $460 for misdemeanor hit and run.

Dawn Elaine Wormuth, 46, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,785 for felony possession of a narcotic substance with a prior.

John Alcarez III, 41, of San Joaquin, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $2,160 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Travis Darrell Naumann, 20, of Hollister, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor accessory.

Brittany Broadstreet, 20, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,200, for misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance; and three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,200 for misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance.

George Winston Costa, 42, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,300 for misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Manuel Joe Fernandez, 35, of Clovis, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $2,568 for misdemeanor drunken driving and an open container.

Paul Iwanaga, 47, of San Martin, was sentenced to 31 days in county jail, 18 months in a second-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $2,206 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Aaron Lujan, 24, of Hollister, was sentenced to 120 hours of community service, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Brandon Michael Snyder, 26, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, three months of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Roman Ramos, 44, of Hollister, was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor battery and being drunk in public.

Civil Lawsuits

Patricia Baker filed a civil suit against Communications Unlimited California, Inc. and Martin Leon alleging property damage and personal injury from a motor vehicle seeking more than $25,000.

Yahya Hassan Alhadi petitioned Angelina O. Demesa Alhadi for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Dennis W. Marinsik petitioned Kathleen F. Marinsik for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
