California Indian Market: The 29th annual California Indian Market in San Juan Bautista is set for May 4 and May 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days. The market, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and to honor troops and veterans, will take place at the San Juan School soccer lot at The Alameda and Highway 156. Featured themes include "Native American, Western, wildlife arts and crafts vendors, drums, dancers and food," according to a market announcement.
