Police blotter 1-8-05

PAROLE VIOLATION:

Greg John Franco, 45, of 2751 Fairview Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police after he was involved in a peace disturbance in the 500 block of Hillock Drive at 9:20pm on Thursday, which was a violation of his parole, a felony, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
