BURGLARY:
Frank Stephenson, 27, of 1079 West St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for burglary and violation of parole, felonies, at 12:42pm on Thursday for stealing an $85 cell phone from Target, police said.
HANDGUN FOUND:
A 12-year-old boy from Rancho San Justo Middle School found a .38 caliber revolver in some bushes on Squire Court in Hollister just before 8am on Thursday, police said. The boy didn’t touch the gun, but told an adult at the school who gave it to police.
Those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
