DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
Marlo Flores, 22, of 50 Locust Ave. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police in the 100 block of Locust Avenue at 10:45pm on Tuesday for domestic violence, a felony, after he allegedly punched a woman several times in the face on Sunday, causing swelling to her face, police said.
FALSE INFORMATION TO POLICE:
Carlos Argueta, 30, a transient, was arrested by Hollister police for giving a false name to a police officer and four warrants, all misdemeanors, after an officer who knew he had warrants for his arrest stopped him on West and Sixth streets at 7:26pm on Tuesday and he gave her a false name, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
