A Honda Civic was stolen between 9pm Tuesday and 7am Wednesday from the 1000 block of Powell Street in Hollister, the Hollister Police Department said. There are no suspects.
Vandalism
A rock was thrown through the back window of a car between 6pm June 7 and 9am June 8 in the 1200 block of Marne Drive in Hollister, police said. There are no suspects.
A wall was spray painted with ‘BPEK’ between 6am Wednesday and 9:36am Thursday at the intersection of Sunnyslope Road and Clearview Drive in Hollister, police said. There are no suspects.
Burglary
An apartment laundry room was entered between 3am and 6:30am Wednesday in the 1500 block of Valley View Road in Hollister, police said. Coin boxes were taken, police said. There are no suspects.
Grand Theft
Tools were taken from a vehicle between noon and 5pm Thursday in the 900 block of Powell Street in Hollister, police said. The tools were worth $1,700, police said. There are no suspects.
A watch and flashlight were stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage between 1pm and 4pm Tuesday in the 500 block of Sixth Street in Hollister, police said. There are no suspects.
Robbery
A 15-year-old girl was robbed of $2 at about 2:15pm Thursday behind Albertson’s on McCray Street in Hollister, police said. The robbery was believed to be gang-related, police said. Four Hispanic men in a white Acura used knives and threats to get the money, police said.
Arrests
Domestic Violence
A 48-year-old Hollister man was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, at about 9:25pm Thursday in Hollister, police said. A woman was slapped numerous times in her upper body, police said.
Driving Under the Influence
A 29-year-old Hollister man was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at 12:55am in the 1700 block of Airline Highway in Hollister, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
