Trespassing: Refusing to leave, Airline Highway

At 8 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report of a 57-year-old Hollister man was repeatedly being asked to leave Starbucks in the 1700 block of Airline Highway. The suspect was asked by staff employees and management to leave on multiple occasions, all of which he refused. One of the managers called the police. The suspect then refused to leave after police asked him to, and he was arrested and booked into the county jail.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

First-degree robbery, Sixth Street

At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to Dunne Park for an assault in the 500 block of Sixth Street, near West Street. Officers found the victim, who had sustained facial injuries. The victim reported he didn’t know what had happened but an unknown suspect had stolen his cell phone and fled the area. He was transported to Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital for treatment. The case is still under investigation.

First-degree burglary, Jacqueline Drive

At some point between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, an unknown suspect or suspects stole several home electronic items from a residence in the 1000 block of Jacqueline Drive. Officers processed the scene for evidence, and the case is still under investigation.
