CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

Petty theft, San Felipe Road

At 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, an unknown suspect took two cases of beer from the Kwik Stop on the 100 block of San Felipe Road. Police have no other information other than the suspect fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Avalanche.

Annoying phone calls, Black Forest Drive

At 6 p.m. on Tuesday, a mother reported to police that her daughter was receiving harassing text messages from a known suspect on the 1300 block of Black Forest Drive. Police have contacted the suspect and the case is still under investigation.

Minor in possession of paraphernalia, Sunnyslope Road

Around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, a Hollister juvenile was issued a citation for having a lighter. Police became aware of the juvenile when he was riding his bike on the other side of the road without a helmet, weaving in and out of traffic near the intersection of Sunnyslope Road and Valley View Road. The suspect also failed to stop at a stop sign. He was cited and released to his mother.

Battery, Line Street

At 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, a dispute broke out on the 800 block of Line Street. According to police, parents allowed an aunt to take their daughter to church. While they were at church, the parents called the aunt because they had changed their minds and had received no response. When they returned, the parents were mad and a struggle ensued. During the struggle, the aunt pushed the father and scratched him while he was trying to get his daughter out of the car. Suspect information was not available.

Vehicle theft, Line Street

At 8:30 p.m. on Monday, a trailer was stolen from the front of a residence on the 200 block of Line Street. Police said that the trailer was filled with trash. No suspect information was available.
