Conspiracy to commit a burglary, Tres Pinos Road

At 2 p.m. on Tuesday, a manager at Safeway saw a Hollister juvenile male take a bottle of vodka, hide it away and attempt to leave the store on the 500 block of Tres Pinos Road. The manager detained the suspect and he was arrested and taken to juvenile hall. There was also another Hollister male juvenile involved who was waiting outside. Police said he has not been contacted yet but his identity is known.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

Petty theft, Tres Pinos Road

At 7:30 p.m. on April 23, a bicycle was stolen from outside of Safeway on the 500 block of Tres Pinos Road. Police said that the bicycle was chained up outside of the store while the victim went inside to shop. When the victim came out, the bike was missing. No suspect information was available.

Vehicle theft recovery, Westside Boulevard

At 10:29 p.m. on Monday, a stolen vehicle was recovered in front of a residence on the 1300 block of Westside Boulevard. Police said the vehicle was stolen from Merced and no suspect information was available.

Drunk in public, Sally Street

At 5:09 p.m. on Monday, a Hollister male juvenile was cited for public intoxication on the 900 block of Sally Street. The suspect was cited and released to an adult sibling.

Burglary, Central Avenue

At some point between 1 p.m. on Sunday and 8 a.m. on Monday, an unknown suspect or suspects broke into the Faith, Hope and Love Church on the 800 block of Central Avenue. Police said that overnight, someone broke into the church and moved things around but nothing was taken. No suspect information was available.
