ROBBERY: Hollister police responded to a gang-related robbery in the area of 1100 Apricot Lane in Hollister at 9:52 a.m. on Friday, where three juvenile males, ages 13, 16 and 17, who police believe are Norteño gang members, accosted two other juvenile males who police believe are associated with the Sureño gang. They stole some cash, CDs and video games. Police are seeking gang enhancement charges.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Seferino Perez, 34, of 21 Orchard Road in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence and for being unlicensed, both misdemeanors, at 2000 San Felipe Rd., near the Highway 156 bypass at 8:45 p.m. on Friday.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Jesse Ernest Cota, Jr., 24, of 1200 Ranch Dr. in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on San Juan Hollister Road, east of Union Road, for driving under the influence and driving without a license, both misdemeanors, and violating felony parole, a felony, at 11:43 p.m. on Friday.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Guillermo Rodriguez, 37, of 882 Fallon Road in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence and giving false identification to a peace officer, both misdemeanors, in the Albertson’s parking lot at 9:36 p.m. on Saturday.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL: Gregory Ruben Pasillas, 29, of 100 Barnes Lane in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on San Juan Hollister Road, east of Union Road, for possession, transport and sale of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a concealed firearm, all felonies, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana in a car and use of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, at 11:26 p.m. on Saturday.
STOLEN MOTORCYCLE: An unidentified 17-year-old male stole a red 2004 mini-motorcycle from San Benito Performance Cycles, located at 90 San Felipe St., after he took it for a test ride and didn’t come back at 2:12 p.m. on Sunday. The bike does not have any plates on it and is worth about $750.
