A magnitude-4.3 earthquake that shook San Benito County this morning hit about 11 miles north of Morgan Hill, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake hit at 10:40 a.m. It’s unclear if there was any damage reported near the epicenter.
The quake had a depth of 3.9 miles at the epicenter, which also was 16 miles east/southeast of San Jose City Hall, according to the USGS Web site.
No damage or injuries were immediately reported by area law enforcement agencies.
