I just picked up the Saturday Free Lance, with the headline “DA recall organizers submit signatures.” The signatures where collected by, a little info, “volunteers” paid to do so.
I supported John Sarsfield in the first election and I will support John in the next election. I want the public to remember one thing. The “organizers” are people that have harassed the DA and his office since the day he was elected by 67 percent. In addition, Art Cantu ,who lost to Sarsfield in that last election, has harassed the District Attorney and his office. He along with Ignacio Velazquez, who also was the campaign spokesperson for a questionable election of Jamie De La Cruz, are the loudest voices in this recall attempt. It is the same people, like schoolyard bullies, saying the same thing repeatedly until they believe themselves.
So remember when your taxpayer’s dollars are being used to recall District Attorney John Sarsfield, who is making the most noise and why.
