Rivera told the crowd of 95 graduates and 500 spectators at the
Veterans Building during the commencement ceremony for San Andreas
High School.

“You are now free to roam about the world,” Rivera told the crowd of 95 graduates and 500 spectators at the Veterans Building during the commencement ceremony for San Andreas High School.
