The San Benito County Historical Society Museum, 498 Fifth St., will now be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The museum offers a wide range of displays on the history of San Benito County including Pinnacles National Park, Native Americans, businesses and families, according to an announcement from the nonprofit organization.
The museum is also home to the Research Room that is open the second Monday of the month or by appointment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Docent is Jacob Giretti McDonald, a San Benito County native and recent graduate from Monterey Peninsula College with an associate’s degree in history.
