morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
A 3.2-magnitude earthquake hit the Tres Pinos area Monday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake struck at 9:36 a.m. and was centered three miles south-southwest of Tres Pinos and eight miles south-southeast of Hollister, according to the USGS.

It occurred at a depth of 5.3 miles.
