San Benito Boys Tennis Posts 7-0 Victory over Visiting Sobrato

Hollister – The youthful San Benito boys tennis team looked across the court at Ridgemark yesterday and saw a team even younger than it is. Facing senior-less Sobrato, the Haybalers evened their Tri-County Athletic League record at 2-2 by posting a 7-0 romp.

Hollister – With Live Oak in town, the San Benito baseball team knew it could make a statement by defeating the defending Tri-County Athletic League champion. The 'Balers followed through with a 6-3 victory that kept them atop the league standings.

San Benito Races to Victory: ‘Baler Boys

In its first Tri-County Athletic League dual meet of the season, the San Benito boys track & field team overwhelmed host Gilroy in what amounted to a test-run for the Haybalers. With Palma set to visit Hollister next Thursday, the 'Balers knew they needed a confidence-building win, and got one, defeating the Mustangs 80-56.
