Riders competed in the bi-rangle match race during events of the California Gymkhana Association State Championship Finals at Bolado Park.

The California Gymkhana Association is scheduled to hold its annual state finals at Bolado Park from July 27 to Aug. 3.
Any rider rated at least at the “future champion” level may ride at state, according to the CGA. According to the organization, all 13 events are run at the state finals and the 16 fastest riders in each event run match races in the evenings.
Gymkhana is an equestrian sport that includes various types of races. The CGA will be using the fairgrounds from July 22 to Aug. 4.
