The San Benito High girls tennis team defeated Pajaro Valley 7-0 on Sept. 24. Jessica Kirschmann, Megan Hurley, Julia Pearson and Heidi Bribiesca all were victorious in singles, combining to drop only 12 games in the process.
The Balers’ doubles teams of Mari Hernandez-Maddy Triolo, Morgan Johnson-Vivian Hernandez and Saira Zapien-Kaylee Hansen all won in straight sets as well. San Benito improved to 5-2 on the season.
