Bill Mifsud: “NO. The Italian Justice seems to very disorganized. Evidence has been compromised and the prosecutors office has made many discrepancies in the case. The U.S. has a law called double jeopardy and this case falls within this law thus Miss Knox should not be extradited.”
Nants Foley: “The U.S. should NOT extradite Amanda Knox. Even if their highest court rules against her, she was acquitted once.”
Ruth Erickson: “No, I do not believe that she is guilty.”
Mary Zanger: “No, because we honor our Double Jeopardy laws. Yes, because we honor our extradition treaty with Italy. No, to protect our own citizens and yes, to redeem our much shaken standing in the world, we might toss a coin. I hold with no, and chide our government to stop its misbehavior of perpetration of violence over diminishing resources.”
Richard Place: “Yes we should but it would probably be easier if it were a Mafia Don instead of the girl next door.”
