Letter: Reader opposes idea for a special parks district

There isn’t a snowball’s chance that I will vote to give the county one dime more of my money, in the form of a special park district or any other gimmick they come up with. Why? Because I have waited over a year for the so-called “code enforcement office” to actually do any code enforcement.
