Frontsite Armory has requested approval of a conditional use permit in what is described as an existing metal industrial building. The staff report for the 6 p.m. meeting Thursday at Hollister City Hall noted the building would be used for a “firearms and ammunition sales business” at 847 Industrial Drive.
The meeting agenda noted that the area is zoned for M-1 Light Industrial.
