Bitterwater Tully School will be hosting their annual Spring picnic on Friday at San Lorenzo Park in King City. The Easter Egg hunt begins at 9 a.m., followed by fun and games and lunch at 11:30 a.m. As usual, everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
Get well wishes go out to Vickie Sabin who spent a few days in the hospital with complications from her appendectomy that she had a few months ago. She didn’t want anyone to worry about her, but she is recovering well and will be home soon.
Birthday wishes go out to Cynnie O’Connor who celebrated her birthday March 30. She had a celebration dinner with family and friends at Guadalajara in King City.
Bitterwater Tully and Jefferson School participated in a co-ed softball game last Thursday at Jefferson School. Jefferson has some good ball players on their team. Some of their boys could really hit and field the ball. I hope they’re playing baseball in Hollister as they are very good.
Congratulations go out to newlyweds Richie and Kelly Coefield who were married last weekend up in Northern California. Many Hollister residents headed up north for the wedding.
Les and Betty Sans were among many who attended the annual San Benito County Cattlemens Association’s Reverse Draw and Dinner Dance last Saturday evening. A good time was had by all.
