Orta selected the sound barrier on Westside Boulevard, which local Santa Ana Continuation High School students started painting a few weeks ago.

Two staff members for the city, Juan Lopez and Rodrigo Aguilera, offered advice on the project during the Saturday morning volunteer time. Orta provided all the equipment needed for the job. The group painted more than 400 feet of wall and trimmed all the hedges along the wall.
