Fair season starts for South County
Happy belated Mother’s Day to all you wonderful moms out there.
I meant to pass on those wishes last week but I didn’t. I hope all
of you had a great day full of happiness with your friends and
family.
Spring has sprung in South County, despite the cold, wind and
showers over the weekend. You can sure tell that it’s fair time in
our neck of the woods. The grass has turned from green to brown and
cattle trucks have been moving up and down the roads. The wind has
arrived right on schedule, as it always does around fair time and
folks are starting to ship their cattle.

Some of those who shared the day with us included the Bell Family, the Hurley Family, the Brewen Family, the Barrington Family, Blake and Jessika Willoughby, Vern Scattini and my parents.
