Josephs celebrate 40 years
Norris and Karen Joseph, of Watsonville, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday, Jan. 25.
The two grew up practically neighbors in Los Banos, but didn’t meet until Norris returned from a tour of duty in Vietnam with the United States Army. After dating for six months, the pair married Jan. 25, 1969 in Reno, Nev.
The couple happily share a home with their dogs Moose and Buck, and enjoy the company of their daughter Andrea, a page designer for the Gilroy Dispatch, son Rodd, a police sergeant in Clearlake, and his wife Kellie, a Lake County Sheriff’s deputy.
